- Snow clearingPlowing of access road, removing snow load from roof, terrace clearing during heavy winters.
- Tree fellingRisk felling near buildings, line clearing for power and rail, storm damage cleanup.
- CarpentryRoofs, cladding, terraces, windows, doors, sheds and minor repairs.
- Painting & stainingExterior staining and painting of cabins, fascia boards and decking.
- CleaningPre/post-rental cleanings, move-outs, post-construction cleaning, deep cleans, window washing.
- Wooden fencesTraditional Norwegian skigard, driveway gates, walking gates and netting fences.
- FirewoodLocally produced dry birch firewood — small bags or 1000 L bulk bags. Delivery or pickup.
- HallingbodCustom sheds, outhouses, garages and annexes built in regional Hallingdal style.
- Equipment rentalTrailers, wood splitter, hand tools, garden equipment and skilled personnel for hire.
Service areas
We primarily serve cabin owners in Nesbyen, Flå, Gol, Ål, Geilo, Hemsedal, Hol, Norefjell, Turufjell and Høgevarde — but get in touch for projects elsewhere in Buskerud and Sør-Norge.
Service agreements
For owners who want predictable maintenance we offer three annual agreements:
- Torvtak Pluss — sod roof maintenance from 5 490 NOK/year (excl. VAT).
- Hytteservice Standard — monthly inspection, key cabin checks, seasonal preparation. Custom price.
- Hytteservice Premium — bi-weekly inspection, full pre-arrival preparation, deep cleaning, snow clearing, prioritised access to plumbers, electricians, roofers and carpenters.
All agreements start with a free, no-obligation site visit. No binding period — agreements renew annually.
